With so many new mamas and newcomers in Asheville, I feel that it is my responsibility as a local and native of WNC, a boy mama and Asheville Maternity, Newborn & Family Photographer for the last fifteen years, I feel that it is my duty to introduce and explain Why Asheville Moms LOVE The Littlest Birds Boutique and why you should too!
Since 2007, The Littlest Birds has served as a local outlet for natural parenting resources in Asheville! Local founders, Lyndsi and Justin are believers in natural, intuitive childrearing from pregnancy into adulthood. They wanted The Littlest Birds to be a community resource, free of judgment, for all parents to come and facilitate their ongoing journeys in parenthood. The Littlest Birds is a family owned natural baby and children’s boutique. Not only do they offer the best selection of cloth diapers and baby carriers in the region, they also offer a fabulous selection of organic kids clothing, maternity clothing, ladies wear, quality wooden toys and other locally made goods!
The Littlest Birds is SO MUCH MORE than just simply a Baby Boutique in Asheville. The Littlest Birds also hosts a monthly series of classes including Beginning Babywearing and the ice-breaking Cloth Diaper 101. Lyndsi is a certified babywearing educator and also the leader of the local babywearing group, the WNC Babywearers. Lyndsi curates an eclectic, fun and useful collection of goods for sale in the store!
But, there’s more! In addition to their retail and educational services, The Littlest Birds houses a consignment resale shop that provides an outstanding outlet for parents to recycle clothing, shoes, toys, cloth diapers, baby carriers, gear and accessories into store credit or cash!

By consigning your old clothing, equipment and accessories at The Littlest Birds you can earn store credit on anything in the store (new or used) or cash and, they offer a generous 50/50 split! The Littlest Birds accepts consignment items between 11am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You’ll need to call 828-253-4747 to make an appointment.
