It honestly seems like I’ve got a direct line to the weather controller these days!
This makes the third Wedding this season where torrential down pours, ominous dark clouds, and threatening forecasts dominated the day but
come ceremony time: the rain stops, the clouds part and we have perfect light for the ceremony, portraits & festivities! 🙂 {Thanks Mom & Pop!}
Rebecca & Kelly met on OK Cupid {it actually works, folks!!!} 😉
On their first date, they ate pizza & washed a dog in a lake — {which I hear is a real funny story!}
This super sweet, friendly & easy going couple was Married at the 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa last Saturday, May 19th, 2018!
Lake Lure is just about 45 minutes South East of Asheville & is a popular Mountain/Lake/Historic Destination Wedding Venue !

My favorite part about this Wedding was hanging with Rebecca & her hilarious Bridesmaids — which really made the day so much fun!!!
I also loved Rebecca’s attention to all the little details, I loved the food {catered by the Inn} & the late 90’s – early 2000’s JAMS during their reception!
