Destination Wedding Photographer – Eseeola Lodge Wedding

Ohhhh, I’m SO Excited to share Jesse & Julie’s Beautiful Eseeola Lodge Wedding with you!

Last month, one of my very best friends {since I was about five years old} got Married!!!

I was given the distinct honor of being her Wedding Photographer for the occasion!
{Which makes sense, because I’ve been taking pictures of her for most of our lives anyway! 😉 }

As the Wedding Day got closer, I had mixed feelings about not being a “guest” in the traditional sense at her Wedding, but honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

I think that I got the VIP Best Friend’s Wedding Experience! 🙂

I got to work closely with Julie {and Jesse} during the planning stages, to help them figure out planning details, I got to spend time with Jesse & Julie alone, shooting their Engagement Portrait Session in Charlotte {seen HERE}, I still got to participate in all of the fun Wedding Festivities leading up to the Big Day {including the Bridal Showers and Bachelorette Weekend}, I got the first sneak peak of how ABSOLUTELY PERFECT Julie looked in her Wedding gown when I shot her Bridal Portraits {seen HERE} & I got to spend time alone with Julie & her sweet mama {Dawn} that day {which we hadn’t done in years!}, I got to hold Julie’s hand on her Wedding Day & I got behind the scenes access to Julie & Jesse on their Best Day! I got to sit down & eat with old High School/College Friends that I hadn’t seen in years, I got to laugh & Dance & at the end of the night, my Best Friend even threw me her Bouquet! 🙂
